<p>The Colorado Parks and Wildlife Mobile PDF application provides offline geolocation capabilities by pinpointing your position on a map without requiring an internet or cellular connection. Even when in battery-saving airplane mode, the app utilizes your device's E911 functionality to display your current location in real time on downloaded georeferenced PDF maps. Users can acquire maps from the CPW online Map Library and personalize them with additional data layers such as the Colorado Hunting and Fishing Atlas, USFS, USGS, or other sources. The application allows for the addition and preservation of custom waypoints on each map, facilitating navigation and planning. A comprehensive mobile map library can be constructed, sortable by proximity, name, size, or date added, enhancing organizational efficiency for outdoor activities.</p>

<li>Downloading topographic or aerial imagery maps from various sources including the CPW online Map Library, HuntingAtlas, FishingAtlas, USFS, and USGS.</li>

<li>Adding waypoints in three distinct colors with customizable labels.</li>
<li>Viewing waypoint details such as latitude, longitude, and creation timestamp.</li>

<li>Monitoring real-time proximity to each map within the library.</li>
<li>Filtering maps based on proximity, name, file size, or date added.</li>
<li>Locking map orientation in portrait or landscape mode to prevent unintended rotations over rough terrain.</li>
